Everyone seems to love Mexican food, probably because of the amount of comforting carbs that seems to satisfy our inner soul. Made with fresh, simple ingredients, this menu is the one my family request the most for summer barbeques. The carne asada is so tasty that we actually had guests leave at the end of a fiesta with a stomachache because they couldn’t stop eating it.

How to celebrate like a Mexican Family Fiesta.

The chips, homemade salsa, and zesty guacamole are classic Mexican recipes. This is a wonderful menu to make in the summer because tomatoes are at their peak flavor. It is also a great change from the typical burgers. A Mexican tart is refreshing as a beverage, which is made from beer, V-8 juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce and the hot sauce of your choice. It pairs beautifully with any menu. They can come in deliciously different flavors like banana-strawberry, coconut-pineapple, and mandarin orange and can be purchased at a Hispanic market.
